Touchstone is a specialist property company and was founded in 2020, we have over 100 years of industry specific expertise and have directly invested, joint invested or managed investment in excess of a hundred million pounds.

We act as consultant, construction delivery and property management partner for our own portfolio and the portfolios of Housing Associations, Local Authorities, NHS, Care Providers, specialist support providers, as well as, REIT’s, and private developers and landlords of all sizes.
