Touchstone works across a broad range of property and housing disciplines, covering compliance and regulation, to management and investment. We partner with housing associations, registered social landlords, care providers and local authorities to delivery high quality, compliant and sustainable property solutions.

We also work closely with local councils to support planning and investment, while building strong relationships with trusted contractors and specialist providers to deliver tailored spaces such as wet rooms and sensory rooms. Internally, Touchstone worked alongside Chrysalis Housing Association and the wider Chrysalis Group to add value across supported housing and care services.
