What Does Touchstone Do?

Touchstone Developments and Investments is a UK property developer specialising in supported housing, exempt accommodation and wider property development services.

Touchstone is situated within the Chrysalis Group Services umbrella and provides property consultancy, development, investment and maintenance support for housing associations, care providers, student accommodation operators and HMO landlords. With over 20 years of collective experience, Touchstone works to raise quality, consistency and standards across the property lifecycle.

Property Development

One of the main solutions that Touchstone does is property development. This covers all kinds of real estate property developments from housing, to self-contained accommodation. We have worked with them all. However, our main area of work have been shared supported accommodation for tenants that require unique solutions. Maintenance

Maintenance plays a huge role in everything that Touchstone does. An area that Touchstone covers is the property maintenance. This is hugely important especially in the properties that house multiple tenants at once. We develop with the highest quality from the start of the project but when the time for maintenance does need to be done, we always ensure that all maintenance that is performed is designed to last a long time afterwards.

Financial Services

Touchstone also provides financial services to authorities and individuals. We offer investment programs for businesses and authorities to acquire properties and then work together in the development phase. Furthermore, we offer subsidies to tenants who may need the help to pay their rent in a Touchstone property. Finally, Touchstone is also an investment company so we are always looking to invest in properties that can be developed for many different purposes.

Consultancy
